Two-year traineeship to become an IT professional. The first two months consist of an educational program at Calco’s headquarters in Amsterdam. During this period I am gaining knowledge about different functions and processes in IT and I am following a specialisation course that matches my interests and skills (e.g. programmer, tester or junior project manager). In addition, an important part of the traineeship focuses on the development of soft skills, such as presentation and communication skills.

As part of the UXLab Team at Daimlers IT in Möhringen, I conducted a comprehensive study on facial expressions within Usabiliy Tests. As part of this, an automatic facial expression software was used in order to gain insights on users emotional experiences whilst undertaking different tasks. This study was also part of my bachelor thesis. Also supported in different events, interviews, co-discoveries and conducted expert reviews.
As part of the UX Core Team, I helped supporting pushing DT & UX within the Business Unit of Bosch PA. Thus, I was in charge of designing the internal Design Thinking and User Experience Community. By following the user-centric design approach, relevant and valuable information could be merged into community. I also developed the content for a Design Thinking and User Experience method booklet.
