I love learning and people. I work for an award-winning company in corporate future skills, digitalization, digital transformation learning solutions, e-learning, web-based training and blended learning. A healthy attitude to failure, accelerates innovation, creates a learning organization and can be a competitive advantage. I hold speeches on the topic of failure in companies and at events and have written two books on failure. My first book was 7 months on the business bestseller list in Germany. In 2001, I was awarded the Breakeven Award, in 2004 the Lady Business Award and in 2005 the Special Prize in the Great Prize of SMEs in Germany (Sonderpreis beim Grossen Preis des Mittelstands).
