As a team leader for our Hostesses I am responsible for a team of currently 36 people. Most of them are students and they are taking very good care of our participants and trainers during our seminars, conferences and conventions. I am in charge of the plans of actions, the payroll and the recruiting. Furthermore I give trainings to new Hostesses and am the contact person for their questions. Communication is the ingrediant for a successful teamwork!

As a Tour Operator, working for an Indian company, I organized individual tour packages for Indian clients traveling to European countries. Booking hotels, sightseeing packages and transfers and working out costumized itineraries and different travel documents were my main tasks. Working on costings, offers and negotiating the best deals where also my speciality. I also took care of bigger Indian groups once they arrived Europe - coordinator and guest carer at the same time.
