Debt Capital Markets, responsibilities included providing corporations, financial institutions, supranationals, sovereigns and agencies with customized solutions for their financial needs through an integrated coverage for capital markets, foreign exchange and derivative products. Worked with the Private Equity (PE) group in the Investment Banking Division on a methodical analysis of investment opportunities in emerging Indian sectors - Analyzed 141 deals across 4 sectors using a framework consisting of investment themes and past data to come up with business development strategies - Assisted the group in three live deals of combined value more than USD 80 million (developing valuation models, investor pitches and meetings, tax implications).
