Leading a finance function in a start-up business in green technologies sector. My involvement includes preparation of finance strategy, cost optimization project, streamlining accounting and documentation processes, fundraising activities (business is in a pre-series-A stage). The project is on-going.

I was responsible for leading the finance function of DOM.RF – “Russian Fannie Mae”, housing development corporation with primary purposes including mortgage lending, securitizing mortgage loans, rental housing development etc. Major achievements over 4 years of my employment included strengthening the department and streamlining and its structure, accelerating IFRS reporting – from T+75 to T+50, enhancement of internal controls, reporting automation, creation of a regional shared-service center etc.

Having started with Deloitte (one of the "Big 4" audit and consulting companies serving the clients worldwide) back in 2005, I have worked on numerous audit and assurance engagements in a variety of industries including manufacturing, consumer business, retail, transport, hospitality and leisure, and eventually took a position of audit senior manager in 2015. The accounts I worked with included IFRS, PCAOB and statutory audits, interim reviews, and participation in an IPO preparation group.
