Design and implement interim project management office to alleviate immediate issues and problems while managing strategic project that redefines IT process that factors King 3, Cobit, ITIL, SDLC and PRINCE2 / PMBOK.

Redesign procurement, inventory and logistic processes to add robustness to the overall product and document flow, while reducing cost and operational risk. Overhauled the marketing strategy and introduced company to social networking, which introduced a steady flow of RFQ’s as well as invitations to tender.

Establish integrated project office with introduction of interactive client documentation, work breakdown structures, time management, scheduling and budgeting. This allows for a significant reduction in management and communication overhead.

Short term contract to establish and initiate the company’s technology strategy, tactics and operational execution capability.

Delivered multiple Project/Program Management Offices ranging in scope from strategic initiative execution management to ISO 9000 approved commercial execution project management and control. Clients included Aveng Group IT, Aveng Engineering, Aveng Manufacturing and Aveng Construction. Program and project management maturity increased significantly, standardisation of processes and reporting resulted in transferrable and transparent project progress measurement, which reduced organisational risk.
