As Project Manager I define and manage Sales, Billing and Forecast related to the Project. I Manage a multidisciplinary team of about 30 colleagues in different sites. I act as primary interface with Customer and with Alstom Board Director to report status of the project and propose new strategies to growth. As Project Manager I have developed competence in contract management.

As Project Engineer Leader (PrEM) for Maintenance Machine Project for RFI I lead the execution of Engineering team. Major responsibilities are related to: - Monitoring and respect Schedule and Bud - Monitoring and respect Budget. - Ensure technical scope of the project. - Manage the supplier and the relationship with the customer. - Lead the project team composed by eighteen (18) colleagues (GE internal and external). - Technical integration leadership with Yellow Machine Manufacturers.

- Definition of Operational Scenarios for the new onboard equipment. - Definition and execution of MIL test according Requirement Specification

- Work Package leader for signaling aspects - RBC configuration of the line according the new functionality required from RFI. - Upgrade Balise position (Balise Rules) according the new functions - Schematic plan definition and design - Management of the necessary documentation to be released to RFI - Team management - ERTMS Telegram Integration with SCMT Balises belonging from ASTS and other Competitors - Direct IXL/RBC configuration and management for Changeover project.

Management of relation with Development and RAMS Team. Directly report to Project Manager and Project Engineer. National/International Team coordination. Study about Interoperable Corridors and Upgrading Italian Nodes. According my roles i am involved in several raylways tenders for national and international projects.
