Management of projects consisting in manufacturing machines for pharma industry. My role, as a project manager in a matrix organization is to interact with the departments of sales, engineering, quality, purchasing and production in order to meet customer requirements in terms of quality and time. I'm responsible also for cost control and internal reporting.

• Activities, responsibilities: This factory in Barcelona is a manufacturer of diesel pumps for automotive groups. My role was to take the necessary actions to improve production lines in concepts such as cadence, ergonomics for operators, quality, maintenance, etc.

• Activities, responsibilities: Develop the electrical design and programming (PLC, HMI, Drives) for our customers. Customers were machine manufacturers that contracted us for creating the electrical engineering and control. I was responsible for meeting customer, writing requirements-specifications, making the design and programming in office and later on onsite.
