From personas, competitive analysis, sitemaps, information architecture, user testing, user interviews, qa, wire framing, and designing UIs and style kits. To define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and oversee the building process across different client platforms;

I worked on the user experiences for clients at a B2B agency. I created many experiences that clients and users enjoyed tremendously. I learned how to work with development and design and copy in an agency atmosphere with fast deadlines. - Implement new styles, interactions, animations, and details to help deliver the perfect experience across client platforms; - Work alongside fellow UX Engineers to maintain and grow company internal design system;

I got to work with user surveys and information architecture on how the water site was organized and how it could be improved for a better user experience. I got to learn how UX and UI change within a large corporation.
