Responsible to setup experiments related to camera systems and performing projects in the field of automation and camera systems.

Roles and responsibilities: 1. Breakdown maintenance ( Packing and processing machines for powders, beverages and Ready to Eat items) 2. Preventive maintenance 3. Looking after utility equipment ( such as boiler-4TN/hr, split and cassette ACs, Chillers, Air compressors, HVACs, Heat exchangers, RO plant, Cold rooms, etc.. )

Worked as an intern under Prof. Satish Kailash. It was about friction stir welding and processing on aluminum plates with different filling materials. Tensile test, hardness test and micro structure showed that friction stir processed material will possess higher strength and durability than the normal material.

Focus is oriented towards ROS, Simulation and Automation. Carried out Two projects in LabVIEW software. Namely, Thermomix Device and Remote controlled Door access.

This course taught me different aspects of mechanical engineering such as thermodynamics, mechanics, kinematics and dynamics of machines, CAD and so on. I was an average student with A grade overall. I have learned ANSYS and CATIA apart from my curriculum.

My main courses of study was Physics, chemistry, mathematics and computer science. It was a tough time for me as medium of study was changed. I took KCET for engineer entrance and got 1734 rank in state.
