As senior consultant i manage e.g long-term technical controlling projects in train manufacturing and operation including maintenance. In addition i support on many other topics such as supplier development, problem solving or other consultancy activities with my wide and profund knowledge on various products and processes in railway business. I am working in a unique team of passioned railway experts, who also offer system engineering and commercial evaluations around railway.

scope: mechanical systems (metal products) main activities: Supplier approval, integration and development, support of stratgic procurment and involvement in supplier selection (global), performance and crisis management / problem solving, coaching & mentoring of expert network and suppliers (e.g. China), support of BT sites, supplier audits, manufacturing optimization Since 2017 focus on aluminium extrusion & modules

main activities: lead of a multisite team Bautzen / Wien / Mannheim, all LRV projects, „left shift“ of product related approval processes, travel cost reduction, selection and incorporation of new employees, improvement of analytic and planning tools and governance, supplier and internal audits

focus on systems for LRV (Light Rail Vehicles) (mainly doors, couplers, boogies, but also interior), product approval & supplier audits, resident at TIER 1 with global mandate (problem solving)
