*I am working as a business analyst to plan departments work process flows and optimize the work that’s done through the company. I am responsible for data migration and data testing in the HR Module of a SAP ERP Project. I am responsible to prepare the data set by having a minimum of errors through reports of log errors and test conditions for each uploading deadline

I have analyzed cost and profits of the products and prepared price list for international and Turkish retail markets especially for DIY markets such as Bauhaus, B&Q, Leroy Merlin, Tekzen etc. Additionally I have managed the stock level and order quantity for the products in the DIY markets. also I have changed the system used by the company and through this way works have become 20% more efficient.

With my project group we have designed decision support system to improve and assist decision making in forecasting processes and to decide on the number of crews for each time period during the day. We have conducted research on forecasting using regression analysis to use it as the forecasting method in the system. At the end of the project the systems has been used by planning department and it facilitated their decision making system. Solutions of DSS program and company decisions are same by 80%
