I work as an Associate Data Analyst at Körber Pharma, a leading provider of pharmaceutical industry solutions. I've been in this position since May 2021, after graduating from Assumption University with an MBA in marketing. In my current position, I gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from various sources using various data analysis tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, Excel, and SharePoint. I develop data strategies to improve business processes and inform decision-making. To effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, I also create data models, visualizations, and dashboards. I've successfully managed data-driven marketing campaigns, improved Salesforce data quality, and contributed to the development of customer experience metrics and customer-centricity. To identify business requirements and design solutions, I collaborate with cross-functional teams.
