My main tasks were the research of subcontractors, elaboration of the plans, technical memoranda, and methodology of work, invoicing, and assistance of the client.

Management of multidisciplinary teams and responsible for the studies of railway stations (building and fitting out) and engineering structures, for the project of the railway of Khemis El Afroune on 55km execution phase, as well as the project BBA TENIA on 175km APD phase.In charge of the studies of con-formation for the zones of slipping along the tracings and verification of the stability of the slopes, as well as the study of the structures of arts, bridge framework, overpasses and underpasses, viaduct.

In charge of civil engineering studies in consultation of different hydraulic works, drinking water treatment plants, purification plants, storage works, (water towers or reservoirs), projection of drinking water distribution pipes, sanitation with road development, elaboration of geotechnical campaign, topographic studies.

Management of a multidisciplinary team of engineers, who are in charge of the elaboration of the technical and financial offers, follow-up of the works, metering and billing of the works, technical assistance of the works teams and of the works managers, search for subcontractors and design offices.

In charge of providing technical assistance to the directors of the project, finding subcontractors to execute the works, as well as the execution studies. To carry out the coordination between the works and the various engineering offices, and to validate the studies internally.

In charge of execution studies, for different types of projects, hydraulic projects, road layout, engineering structures, steel structure, elaboration of calculation sheet, detailed execution plans, validation of execution studies

Finalization of the works of the secondary body, as well as the works of roads and networks for 60/120 housing at the level of the commune of AZZEFOUNE Willaya of Tizi-Ouzou. To define the human, material and management means necessary for the project. Organize the works on the site with the works managers, provide technical support, control the conformity of the realization, management of the interfaces between the batches and coordination of the various professionals.
