Program Line "Connected Intelligence" Corporate Secretary / Governance - Supporting the Program Lines throughout the full life cycle of their subsidiaries and participations (from inception to liquidation, including mergers). - Corporate Housekeeping, including Boards. - Portfolio reviews.

- Definition of new regional strategy for Sub-Saharan Africa. - Identification of new means and tools to achieve strategic targets. - Implementation of the strategy with a focus on development financing institutions. - In-depth country analysis, definition of regional risk scenarios.

- Identification, structuring & development of new or existing ventures with international partners to reinforce the local footprint of the group in strategic countries and markets. - The activity covers overall structuring, negotiation, due diligence, definition & validation of business plans as well as financing, negotiation of legal documentation, ongoing support & follow-up on all operational aspects.

- In charge of the elaboration and follow-up of the budgets of EADS’ representative offices and subsidiaries in Europe, Middle-East and Africa. - Analysis of monthly and quarterly reports, cash management, Boards of Directors, drafting of service agreements between subsidiaries and headquarters or other business units, permanent relation with Heads of Regions, Office Heads and local Controllers, in Paris and on site.

Identification of risks (financial, legal and reputation) and proposition of improved procedures for EADS subsidiaries (Airbus, Eurocopter, EADS Space, etc.) around the world: • Operational and business audits, • Specific audits on request of EADS Management.

Operational and business audits in Louis Dreyfus subsidiaries: - In the company’s various branches (production, processing and trade of cereal and oil-producing plants, production and trade of citrus juices and by-products, trade of cotton, oil refining, luxury clothes), - In the company’s various locations (mainly South and North America, Europe).
