General manager global supply chain (~150Mio€) - General commercial power of procuration (Gesamtprokura), report to COO - Direct lead over 25 white and 40 blue collar employees at two German and one Chinese plant - Set up of new supply chain from Japan, as well as localization of supply of more than 5.000 production materials in course of a product transfer to Europe - Support in merging the two plastics injection molding machine producers within Sumitomo Heavy Industries into one plastics division

Director for global strategic and operative purchasing (~150Mio€) - General commercial power of procuration (Gesamtprokura), report to general manager global production - Direct lead over 25 white collar employees at two German and one Chinese plant - Cumulated permanent savings of more than 10Mio€ in the years `08 to `10 - Set up of a stable supply chain in quality and supply with China, average landed cost savings of more than 35% (volume 2011 > 3,8Mio€)
