- Managing the international SAP implementation projects and applying the most suitable project management methodologies based on SAP Activate methodology and/or PMI. - Evaluating and managing the six constraints (time, cost, scope, quality, benefits, and risks) to find alternatives, reduce threats, and implement process re-engineering if required. - Handling multiple projects working in close collaboration with Çözümevi onsite and nearshore resources with a hands-on commitment to delivery.

- Managing/Implementing the SAP Integration with IoT projects. - Leading on high-level design and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems. - Actively leading the IT demand management and change management policies for SAP business applications based on COBIT 5 standards. - Effectively documenting SAP Logistics Modules (mainly MM/SD) business requirements and the end-to-end process flows. - Managing SAP BASIS/GRC processes.

- Understanding the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE document and sign-off with users for business blue print documents. - Setting up organization structure of material management and relevant MM-FI/CO configuration like purchase organization, valuation area plants, storage location and warehouse structure. - Controlling and reporting activities in addition to supporting the relevant ABAP developments.

- Analyzing the effects, time zone, cost of the complication and keep records of them. - Doing the needed preparation for moving the solution to the streaming media and controls and analyzing the accessing and authority demand and get approval from the related departments. - Controlling the authority of the users periodically. - Correcting the errors in accordance with director of internal audit if there is an incorrect authority.
