My job is to manage the relationship with every member of the team. I am responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of a game, on time and within budget. I control the financial and other resources needed for a project and co-ordinate the work of the production team, making sure that the quality and vision of the game is maintained, whatever problems may arise. I understand everybody’s contribution to a game and keep an overview of the entire process from start to finish.

I am responsible for the overall art production; assist art team members in planning. Assist the art director managing the day-to-day operations of the 2D artists on the team. I'm doing the selection of candidates for the job.
