Disaster Recovery Testing initiative for the EMEA IT Infrastructure at AGCS (Allianz Global Corporate) in the Munich DC with focus areas on Service Continuity Management in line with ITIL guidelines, classifying all business-critical applications (including OS, middleware, and databases) into their respective Disaster Recovery Classes as per the global organization's defined recovery point objectives (RPO) and recovery time objectives (RTO), taking into consideration a DIC3 disaster scenario (DC loss).

- Collaborating with senior executives, I transitioned strategic objectives into tactical plans for multiple projects in the DC/GA domains to foster CAPEX growth and ensure business continuity in local markets. - Working alongside the innovation lead and senior management, I steered all IT operations and application development initiatives, implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies to drive Continuous Process Improvement to optimize the QA processes, SLA/KPIs for Data Centre/Global Application.

- I collaborated with the senior management team to create effective organizational strategies, policies, and practices. - Furthermore, I provided recommendations on how to enhance operational systems, maintenance, and infrastructure, as well as improve the flow of information between management, business processes, and organizational planning.
