Constant analysis and improvements using Lean methodology. Planned and implemented a searchable team based information sharing system.

Prepared summaries of print and ether media for use in media briefs, statistics, campaign evaluations, newsletters, etc. Responsibilities include relevancy selection, writing Swedish articles, and translating Swedish media into English. Customers included corporations, special interest organizations, and government agencies.

Performed market research and customer service for the local public transportation consortium in Skåne and Copenhagen area.

Planned and implemented a new section for TV4 Interaktiv (one of Sweden’s most popular websites) aimed to attract health interested visitors. Responsibility for finding and contracting commercial content providers, high profile health celebrities and coordinate the technical/visual production of the website.

Trained and worked on a Search and Rescue helicopter crew as a jumper/extraction specialist. Responsible for medical and ‘out of Heli’-preparedness of crew and equipment. Trained and prepared new recruits for active duty. Demonstrated and spoke on the capabilities of the Search & Rescue flight division in several international and national joint military exercises.

Worked with moving metal industry production (car accessories, medical aids) from Sweden to Poland. Responsible for technical setups, employee training and quality control. Also worked with logistics and sourcing.
