Analysis of customer behavior and sales driven data to assist marketing decisions and website optimization in an e-commerce environment with a footprint in several European countries.

I supported six departments through a portfolio of nearly a million loans including hundreds of data fields while managing diverse projects. Extracting data using SQL, Cognos, Microsoft Excel, TOAD and other tools for analyzing data patterns, business processes, enhancement opportunities or simply to supply a request was routine. Using key performance metrics, I was able to track trends in the mortgage business and forecast department initiatives.

Monitored Warehouse performance during morning distribution and shipping. Provided daily, weekly and monthly reports to senior management. Based on real time data, I delegated duties to the warehouse supervisors. Weekly testing of equipment accuracy, scheduling maintenance as needed. Participated in auditing for billing and delivery precision. Member of the warehouse safety committee.

Managed the current, incoming and outgoing inventory of furniture at the onsite and offsite warehouses. Performed audits of merchandise. Coordinated and executed logistical operations for outgoing and some incoming merchandise.

Small - Medium business sector, relationship manager of over 500 accounts. Acquired knowledge of computer, hardware, software, security systems, servers, solid and wireless networking technology etc. Analyzed the spending habits of my managed business relationships to create individual marketing campaigns via phone, normal mail and e-mail. Determined the workflow for account team of up to five specialists.
