I'm a Senior Project Manager (PMP since 2006) in IT Security assessment, planning and optimisation programs/projects, and directly report to the Manager of Professional Services. I apply standard PM techniques, coordinate the work of a team on location and at a distance, perform troubleshooting and solve emergencies, all closely with the customer, for which I act as a Single Point of Contact for my company. I plan and control costs, time, scope, risks, and other knowledge areas of PM according to the PMI.

Member of the Executive Board of Ente Morale per l’Istruzione Tecnica, a technical education body accredited by Lombardy Regional Administration. Active participation to the Executive meetings.

I've been a Project Manager in mobile network assessment, planning and optimisation projects, and matrix-reported to the Business Unit Manager and to the Project Owner. Most activities were similar to the next experience (see above); in addition, I performed troubleshooting and managed RFP/RFQ (Request for Proposal/Quotation). Occasionally during my projects, I've analysed drive tests and defined KPIs, parameterised networks, optimised performance and produced documentation.

Expert Witness for civil and criminal courts: experience with an engineering office specialized in car and industrial accident research for judicial offices; technical advice for civil and criminal courts about technological issues.

Consultant and Project Manager in projects concerning worldwide radio frequency planning and optimisation of networks of mobile services: standard Project Management processes, supervision of subordinates (including university-degreed), network clusterisation, nominal plan definition, drive tests design and analysis, KPI definition, analysis, improvement and compliance verification, network parameterisation, parameters and coverage optimisation.
