Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving all client issues related to computers, laptops, PDA’s, Blackberry’s, printers, and peripherals. Since being hired on as a Full-time employee, I have taken on the responsibility of providing support to the Executives, and running the daily tape backup duties on Veritas Netbackup. I fill in as backup to the Desktop Support manager, when he is away. I also have the responsibilities of being the project and site lead manager for our Windows 7 implementation.
