Founder of Monarch Academy as a solution for the lack of English literacy in the country and initiate a sustainable strategy for the education system in Sri Lanka. Communicate with insurance companies in the USA to fasten the payment process or solve the issues in payment of the company's clients (doctors, labs, etc.)

As a part of my bachelor studies, I did my internship in NMI Lanka as a junior project manager. Responsibilities during my internship: -Developed a strategy and a schedule to improve the maintains process for every tower location. -Documented and standardized the maintenance process. -Estimated and project-managed implementations of a mobile app to measure the frequency in transmitting towers.

During one year time as EP manager, AIESEC Jayawardanapura exceeded 300 exchange participants (EP) realizations. Responsibilities: -Managed business/functional requirements. -Led initiative to enhance the number of EP’s by 70%. -Worked with change management and transition teams to implement training -Find, communicate and sign new volunteer and project agreements with international LC’s.

AIESEC is a student organization that gives the opportunity to promote cultural exchange and international understanding. I was team leader of an English teaching project to benefit Sri Lankan students with the English language. Responsibilities: -Project planning, time, and budget handing. -Find sponsors to continue the project. -Human and other resources management.
