- Being responsible for spare parts procurement for mobile phones, note pc, printers and cameras. - Purchasing from 10 overseas vendor and 25M$ annual sales to over 300 SVC customers in Turkey - Managing inventory targets including safety stock levels (13.8M$ target for2015) - Adjusting forecast and inventory based on changes in demand and market trends.

- Working with 110 suppliers from Far East & Europe (white & brown goods) - Planning spare parts for all Arcelik outsourced finished goods, - Getting all related service documents and preparing them according to spare parts need of service points, - Spare parts planning based on service call rates, price, volume, consumption,seasonality and product life cycle,
