Designed, architected and developed large parts of the driver's terminal of a forage harvester running on a Freescale i.Mx53 SoC with an embedded Linux system - using QML, Qt and C++ --- Defined a hiring process, hired several senior developers in India and got them up-to-speed by coaching on the job --- Sold professional services to agricultural, home appliance and machine-building customers

As a Qt evangelist, I convinced executives, senior managers and engineers of the benefits of Qt, QML and QtWebkit. The goal was to create a huge and diverse Qt ecosystem. The target were market leading or disruptive companies in the home media (TV, STB), automotive (IVI), home appliance and IP-communications segments. My customers included Magneti Marelli, Aisin AW, Visteon, Loewe, Free, Skype, ST Microelectronics and Intel.
