Organization, planning and preparation of the dinner for 45 to 65 team members and participants of the surf camp

Check-in and check-out of guests; guiding guest to their rooms; giving side inspections for walk-in guests; answering incoming calls and answering guest inquiries about the hotel products and services; handling complains; printing and evaluating daily reports; maintenance of guest accounts and city ledgers; preparing registration cards; updating guests profiles.

Monthly and daily statistics; maintenance of the files of our guests and companies; make provisions for the business trips of the sales manager; deal with the correspondence and site inspections.
