My duties include: writing articles and white papers; editing & collating content for the company blog; overseeing delivery of PR strategy; preparing and implementing direct mail and e-mail campaigns; designing and updating print brochures and information sheets; planning for exhibitions and trade shows; keeping our portfolio up to date with current case studies; maintaining company website; maintenance of social media presence.

I managed projects exclusively for 4 high-profile clients. The projects varied from client to client, but included regular email newsletters, legal and financial documents, and large DTP projects.

This role involved keeping track of the workloads of the team (between 6 and 12 individuals), allocating new projects and clients to members of the department, supporting and training other members of staff, liaising with other departments on long-term projects and in-company initiatives, as well as ensuring targets were met and work delivered on schedule.

As one of the founding partners of the business, I managed translation projects, prepared quotes for new work, attended client meetings and was responsible for all the marketing and promotion of the business, along with other functions necessary to the day to day running of the company.
