Vice Presidency for Supervision of Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism Measures’s (VSPP) technological liaison to the IT department, responsible for the strategic implementation of new technology solutions that improve VSPP’s processes efficiency while meeting its goals. Participated in the development of the prototype of API-based AML data architecture and AI-driven analytics tool, sponsored by Regtech for Regulators Accelerator (R2A). Part of the CNBV'S Suptech AML team.

Responsible for the development of the Megapractical’s Project Management Office and project manager of Banco Multiva’s internet banking project.

Responsible for managing the Electronic File project of Praxis’ Human Resources department for the evaluation in CMMI 3 of the Solution Center Querétaro.

Responsible for requirements management, internal and outsourcing staff coordination and information security projects management. -Took part in reducing technological risks in Santander Bank based on PCI standards.

Responsible for requirements management, internal and outsourcing staff coordination, as well as quality assurance of the development of ERP-like projects for supplier relationship management and operational risk. Responsible of Mifel’s internet banking. - Improved tracking and oversight of the operational risk project using PMBOK practices. - Shortened delivery time of improvements of the operational risk project between the consulting firm and the end user from two weeks to one.

Managed the opening account workflow project between Banorte Bank Mexico and Banorte Securities USA, collaborated in analysis, design, development, and maintenance as well. Responsible for operational assurance and maintenance activities of Banorte’s financial information section and real estate web sites. - Surpassed end user’s expectation by reducing the opening-account time in Banorte Securities from 1 month to three days.

Mentor to foreign master of science students in Germany. Coordinated student enrollment at university and registration at the local authority, as well as student arriving and accommodation issues.

Took part in analysis, design, development, maintenance, and technical support of Bancrecer Bank’s financial front end. Collaborated in requirements management, documentation, design, and development of Banorte Bank’s financial front end. - Took part in shortening response time to bank customers in Banorte Bank’s branches due to the new services-oriented financial front end.
