The company is the global leader in QlikView and has a blue-chip Financial Services client base in the UK, US, Germany and Switzerland.

Hired on short term contract to assist start-up with simultaneous launch of group-buying website (www.mycitydeal.co.uk) across UK, France and Germany. Role included the setup of a satellite office in Birmingham, developed after-sales processes, recruitment of sales and marketing personnel, and the development of a UK Marketing Strategy.

Hired to spearhead major change programme across the entire business (Marketing, IT, Operations, Finance).

Managed over $2m CAD budget across multiple projects within Wealth Management business. Project Management and resource planning for development and maintenance of Enterprise Applications.

Project Manager in Funds Change Programme. Advisor to Fund Directors as subject matter expert on New regulatory framework introduced by JFSC. Impemented new regulatory framwork to Fund Administration business. Managed delivery of core business system upgrade.

Hired as Turnaround analyst to assist Turnaround Professional (Society of Turnaround Professionals (STP)/ Institute for Turnaround (IfT) Associate.

Hired to effect turnaround of Financial Services marketing business (Smart Quotes) and led the acquisition of the company to the UK's then largest direct marketing company (Interactive Prospect Targetting plc).

Founded and grew business organically and through acquisition to become the largest IT Support Consultancy in the South West. Project and relationship management of enterprise solutions such as CRM/ SharePoint/ MS Exchange etc. Attracted national media coverage on national television which directly led to the sale of the business as a franchise operation in December 2005.
