Establishment of a sustainable Information Security Management System (based on IS0 27001 v.2013) across a network of 10 Banks. SME for EU-GDPR compliance (e.g. Business Process inventory; classification of personal identifiable and sensitive data; risk and impact analysis; data governance).

Mission : Set up a new IT-GRC Departement for the Central Africa Region (6 countries). Advisory on IT governance, IT general controls, IT risk Assessement, Assessement of internal controls and compliance with legal regulations, Assessment of the Infomation Security Management System (ISMS) maturity level according to the ISO 27001 standards. Defining the scope of the mission, writing audit programs and planning activities. Supervising Advisory activities.
