Digitization and psychology. Two areas that can no longer be considered separately these days. Many companies still perceive digitization as a gamble. And this is despite the fact that the improvement in profitability is definitely seen by the companies. In my role as product owner and business analyst, I see it as my particular strength to combine my business psychology studies with my experience in the implementation of digital projects. The right consulting and sensibilization for digitalization as well as the inclusion of psychological concepts, especially in agile contexts, is essential for me. But also cultural aspects should not be ignored. I have special experience in the project context of banking, food and household appliances. What do you think? Der Studiengang "Interkulturelle Wirtschaftspsychologie" an der Fachhochschule Hamm Lippstadt besteht zu gleichen Teilen aus klassischen betriebswirtschaftlichen Modulen und aus Modulen der Psychologie. Hier wird das Zusammenspiel beider Aspekte untersucht und psychologische Konzepte werden im wirtschaftlichen Kontext bewertet. Darüber hinaus werden diese in den interkulturellen Rahmen gestellt.
