Currently responsible as Global General Counsel of Merz Therapeutics GmbH a spin-off of Merz Pharmaceuticals GmbH with direct reporting line to the CEO of Merz Therapeutics GmbH. Head of Global Legal/Compliance/IP and leading an international team of 16 people. Member of the management team and as such responsible for providing comprehensive legal and strategic advice to the company and its subsidiaries. My team and I see ourselves as problem solvers.
