"For more than 14 years I have been working in the challenging automotive field, especially for the AM area, in Product / Data Management and during this time, more than 9 years I'm leading a team within my role as Cross Reference & REX-Disposition Team Leader at TMD Friction Company. During my time in TMD, more than 11 years, I have gained important experience not just about TMD but also for AM business area and as well this accelerate my learning curve and integration within the IAM Chain." With an progressive experience into all levels of Manufacturing, Product / Data Management and Engineering for OEM & AM automotive industry I consider myself a very ambitious and positive person, dedicated, always focused on problem solving, teamwork, able to work in multicultural environment and under pressure to achieve the objectives, good disposition to maintain competence interrelationships with departments.
