Finiata is a fintech startup offering automated credit for SMEs and freelancers - Developing and updating the business model of the company, generating models for valuation metrics; company performance analysis, maintaining company forecast models - Drafting marketing pitch books and related materials for financing and/or sell-side assignments

- Driving and facilitating local and regional projects aimed at process improvement and cost-efficiency at the finance department (e.g. Procure-to-Pay process implementation, banking services re-tendering, preparation for MIS implementation) - Preparing analyses to streamline financial and controlling processes; formulating CBA analysis on various topics - Representing the finance department on the Change Management Board; presenting in Finance Strategy meetups

- Creating an online advertising platform with a global reach; securing funding - Managing team of developers, designer, handling of PR and marketing activities

- Carrying out due diligence processes, financial/business modelling and company evaluation, preparation of decision making materials for top management - Facilitating negotiation processes in corporate business development transactions, supporting project management, coordination of due diligence team members - Involvement in successful acquisition of 300+ fuel stations within CEE region; and numerous other downstream related projects
