− Leitung des Markt- und Trendforschungsteams im strategischen Produktmanagement und internationalen Vertrieb − Schaffung konzeptioneller und methodischer Grundlagen für datengetriebene Entscheidungsprozesse für Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Umfeldanalysen sowie für marktorientierte Entwicklung von Applikations- und Marktstrategien, inklusive Ausarbeitung der marktseitigen Informationsbasis − Multiprojektmanagement im Marketing & Sales Bereich mit Schwerpunkt in Markt-, Strategie- und IT-Themen.

Responsibility for strategic projects in the global production network on group level. Project examples: - Implementation of a worldwide Key Performance Indicator Management; - Management of international operations projects, e.g. production network setup, planning and strategy; - Creation of scenario analysis and strategic concept studies for the future development of the global production network.
