As Product and Application Specialist, I assisted our customers and support team with application specific know-how and experience in the brewing, beverage and food industries. I was also responsible for finding new applications in existing fields, identifying new instrumentation needs and trends as they pertained to the industry and monitored various test installations and trials of new instruments and applications.

As Key Account Manager I am the personal and corporate contact for our largest, global partners in the food and beverage industry. I coordinate larger projects in the region, especially those that cross country boarders within the region.

As a traditionally trained Brewer and Maltster, I trained existing and all new brewers in the finer points of brewing, filtration, packaging, QC and best practices. We made a lot of improvements in the filter configuration and care, increasing filter throughput and efficiency, improving product quality and saving costs. As a rural brewery, I also helped maintain our own waste water treatment center.
