Led Business planning process for Western European Prestige Products affiliates, providing regular profit forecasts, Actuals reporting and cash flow updates to senior management. Accomplished financial analysis tasks in the area of external pricing, intercompany billings and contributed to strategic 5 years planning process.

Contributed to the corporate profit forecast and books-closing process for European legal entities. Optimized and implemented changes to the corporate financial management reporting systems. Auditing and reconciliation of external (IFRS) and internal accounting and management reporting within the Wella Group. Transition/Design work on financial reporting systems & processes for newly merged P&G fragrance division, incl. shared service center set-up.
