I have a track record of over 15 years experience of working in the Internet and Interactive Media industries working for a wide variety of companies from small agencies to large global corporates. My starting point was the hands on design and development of products and solutions which I believe has grounded my approach and keeps me pragmatic. I now lead multidisciplinary teams to develop interactive applications, software products and online marketing solutions across devices and platforms. I also have a good understanding of the challenges in setting up and running a business as I have been a Founder and Managing Director of an Internet startup - ShopWindoz. My key areas of strength are the ability to anticipate consumer desire, define and ’sell in’ innovative product strategies within organisations and then lead teams to deliver. I am fascinated by the social aspect of technology and the impact a great user experience can have on the bottom line.
