Der studierte Marketing- und Kommunikationsfachmann ist beruflich seit zehn Jahren in der Onlinebranche zu Hause. 2007 wagte er mit dem zuvor als Projekt gestarteten airliners.de den Schritt in die Selbständigkeit.

Als unabhängiger Informationsdienst berichtet airliners.de bereits seit 1999 über aktuelle Themen aus der Verkehrsluftfahrt. Mittlerweile hat sich das reine Onlinemedium zum meistbesuchten Branchenportal in der offiziellen IVW-Rangliste deutschsprachiger Webangebote gemausert und erreicht monatlich ein Fachpublikum von 50.000 Lesern (AGOF III/2009).

Haße leitet das Portal mit seinen aktuell fünf Mitarbeitern als Inhaber und Chefredakteur.

David Haße has a Bachelors Degree in Business Communication Management from HTW University of Applied Sciences in Berlin.

In 1999, he started the aviation website airliners.de as a side project and turned the constantly growing web portal into his main career in 2007.

Airliners.de is now the leading web portal for aviation news in German, covering all sectors of the air transport industry and therefore serving as a useful information tool for aviation professionals.

David Haße, born in 1976, is running airliners.de as owner and editor-in-chief with five employees. He is married and has one daughter.
