Harmonize CI processes, extend Continuous Integration to Continuous Deployment. Engage running and new programs, assess their deliverables, technological stacks, provide recommendations and system designs, help to migrate automation systems to common build, test, publishing and deployment techniques, shared infrastructures, tools and processes. Extend CI/CD systems to scalable, dynamic systems with visible stages and quality gates representing the CI/CD process. Facilitate cross-organizational cooperation.

Leading role in upgrade and post-production stabilization of major account. Was in charge of system information gathering, systematization and environments preparation for the upgrade. Provided tools for automation of the process (scripts in SHELL/ANT) which allowed streamlining the procedure of the upgrade for the system supporting approximately 100 million subscribers. Leading role in design and implementation of a complex Disaster Recovery Plan for Telcomcel/Indonesia.

Planned, built and maintained suite of tools for automation, CM, software build and packaging, deployment and testing. System management of a farm of heterogeneous build servers. Principal expert in development infrastructures reporting to the senior management. Provided environments coverage for most modern enterprise infrastructures for RND and delivery teams, including RDBMS, Application servers, middleware, load balancers etc.
