BP Solar- Lead Customer Service Team in Europe for Distribution and Projects Sales (7 people). - Demand management of EU (70% of global business) including product allocation and coordination with Supply Team. - Global sales forecasting coordination: periodically gather and analyse sales forecast globally and coordinate actions with Supply to ensure Supply - Demand match.

- Design and implementation of logistics and supply areas for Wave 2 project (Product replacement project for approx 30 MW). Management of supply/demand processes & inventory of the project. - Developer and owner of logistics budget for Wave 2 including transport, warehousing, packaging material, etc. Actual expenses well below budget. - Multidisciplinary Team leader including different warehouses and internal administrative team.
- Logistics Coordination and order management for project and internal sales in UK, Spain & Germany. - Purchasing activities for all projects and internal sales including services and BOS products (over 500 articles and 100 suppliers)
- Logistics Coordination and order management for project and internal sales from UK, Spain & East Africa offices - Coordination with Madrid plant for supply of modules and with procurement for BOS items.
- General support to EU Logistics Team - Inventory control, matching and audit responsible - Team KPIs reporting
