Advanced Cruise Missile (ACM) Program Team Leader, Lead Engineer / System Architect for the Advanced Data Display System (ADDS) Development Team. The ADDS was a distributed system, developed to provide real-time telemetry data acquisition, processing / reduction, and presentation capabilities for ACM Hardware-in-the-Loop flight simulations.

The Advanced Cruise Missile (AGM-129) was a subsonic, turbofan-powered, air-launched cruise missile with "low observable" (stealth) characteristics designed to carried a W-80 nuclear warhead. The ADDS acquired acyclic embedded RF telemetry via umbilical (landline) from a production vehicle (FSD 13), as well as guidance, sensor, environmental, and carrier data, in the course of running a mission simulation within the lab, synchronized / decoded / translated and stored the data, and pushed the data to a set of networked PCs, where it was used to render 2D and 3D visualizations.

Received Letter of Commendation, recognized by executive management for innovations that produced US$300k in labor savings during first year. Responsible for Project Leadership, System Architecture & Design (OOD, Booch), real-time Data Display, Data Reduction and Analysis, 2D and 3D Graphics implementations, and Systems Integration – including development in C, C++, Ada, and custom hardware fabrication.

Also, worked on site with General Dynamics Space Systems at General Dynamic's Cape Canaveral Space Launch Complex 36, to leverage development / prototyping of ADDS counterpart (i.e., PC based solution for telemetry acquisition and display) built for the Atlas military / commercial satellite launch vehicle.
