Passionate, agile, proactive, and strategic Project Manager specialized in technological projects for small, medium and large companies with over 14 years of experience. My learning path has been nourished by working with multicultural, cross-functional teams and all kind of stakeholders like engineers, technicians, and C-levels. I was lucky to plan and deploy projects for 8 different Countries over the last 14 years and hundreds of roll-outs. Today, keep it simple, focus, a thought-provoking mindset and an always learn and share attitude are my main pillars. In order to extend knowledge, I'm still investing in different approaches like DASM (in progress - Disciplined Agile - PMI), TKD (January - Kanban University) and CCPM from ToC. I define myself as a generalist and knowmad. There is no one-fits-all. In fact, these are my strongest beliefs.
