As General Manager, Medical Services, Products & Solutions, I am Head of Products and an Executive Board member. I lead the Product Management, comprising 18+ highly experienced product directors, and am responsible for BU’s entire product portfolio and go-to-market strategy: • Consulting Services • Medical Staffing • Clinics/Hospitals • Medical Supply Solutions International SOS is the world's leading medical, health & security services provider, with more than 13.000 employees (6.000+ medical experts).

As a member of the Advisory Board I work with the CEO and CTO, advising them on Hearing Implant technology, CX, medium- and long-term product, and market strategy. Company: Hemideina is a medical device start-up, with $10M raised during Series A, developing an innovative type of hearing implant and creating a paradigm shift in the treatment of hearing loss, providing patients with a world of sound and a life without limits.

As Corporate Director of Product Management, a member of the senior executives board, and sales directorate, I reported directly to the group CEO/owner and was globally responsible for the company's main product Cochlear Implants. I drove business growth, innovation, and creation of new products from idea to market, with a team of 35+ highly skilled internat. PMs/POs. Responsible for global portfolio, life cycle, go-to-market strategy, and launching new products, services, and business models.

As CEO and Regional Sales Director, I oversaw all daily operations, with full P&L, strategy, and regional responsibility for MEA. Sales included all product groups and service provisions to private patients, B2B, B2G, public tenders, and military contracts. Managing MED-EL Middle East FZE in Dubai I developed a team of 20+ international medical experts and business specialists across two business entities. Grew developed markets and established emerging markets into sustainable market leadership in MEA.

As Product Manager, I was in charge of the novel product line Electric Acoustic Stimulation (EAS), its go-to-market strategy, global business development, KOL, and account management, including on-site surgical support. Electric Acoustic Stimulation (EAS) uses a hearing aid and a cochlear implant system together in the same ear. The hearing aid acoustically amplifies low frequencies, while the cochlear implant electrically stimulates the middle and high frequencies.

Working during my studies in Industrial Management and writing my degree dissertation (German Master’s Degree in Business and Engineering). I was working in designing, equipping, and project management for mobile military hospitals, TRANSHOSPITAL (Germany, Slovenia, Indonesia) and project management for Joint Casualty Treatment Ships for UK Royal Navy. I wrote my thesis about production planning and optimization for German and U.S. production sites.

I am a fully trained and certified military officer, in the medical field, at the Joint Medical Services of the German Armed Forces - Bundeswehr. 2001 In charge of OR and assistant manager patients’ ward Mainz, Germany 1998 – 2001 Medical Studies at Johannes-Gutenberg University Mainz, Germany - Military first-aid instructor & assistant nurse 1997 Officer training at the Medical Military Academy Munich, Germany

I was awarded a scholarship for "Excellence in Leadership" by the HSG.

One of the top 3 German Universities for Industrial Management(U-Multirank 2017). I specialized in - Corporate Management - Organizational Leadership - Marketing - Controlling and finished with a German Masters Degree in Business and Engineering as one of the years best students.

I studied in the framework of my Officer Training at the Faculty for Medical Sciences and successfully completed many courses.
