Redesigning, adapting, and modifying all rooms and furnishings within a clients’ home to make it more appealing to potential buyers. Offering photographical services to capture the best features of an already-furnished home, helping it to sell faster and for more money.

Provided continuous and consistent design support as a team member of the architectural department while managing construction documents for each project. Prepared lot specific drawings for multi-family dwelling units. Initialized new exterior color selections, utilizing Sherwin Williams paint products and developed presentation books for each new subdivision, which helped increased sales productivity. Designed, developed and implemented marketing and sales collateral.

Designed and produced construction documents using AutoCAD software while adhering to architectural drafting standards.
