As a Head of the Credit Risk Department in ProCredit Bank BIH my responsibilities are ensuring that the Credit Risk Department performs all activities that are necessary to support the management of material credit risks, to establish processes that allow the department to effectively identify, assess and, if necessary, propose measures to limit material credit risk identified.

The Credit Risk Specialist is responsible for the professional identification, assessment, monitoring and communication of material credit risks and associated concentration risks in the ProCredit banks from the perspective of the superordinated enterprise of the group which is ProCredit Holding.

The Credit Risk Analyst is mainly responsible for the professional and efficient identification, assessment, monitoring and communication of material credit risks regarding individual credit exposures in ProCredit bank BIH. The main task of the Credit Risk Analyst is to determine the degree of credit risk involved in lending to new and existing clients, as well as the risk involved in restructuring credit exposures or making modifications to credit conditions
