As the first PeopleOps person on the ground in DACH, I have been partnering with regional leaders in ramping up the team, tripling it in 5 months, leading to nearly 100 people today. While having my main focus on recruitment, during our ramp up phase I have also supported as go-to person for various PeopleOps / HR matters. In my time at UiPath I have also covered Nordics on interim basis. Currently I'm driving recruitment for DACH (Germany, Switzerland, Austria), Poland and Turkey.

I was part of AIESEC Sofia for almost 3 years (Human Resources Coordinator, Vice-president Human Resources) and spent my 4th year in AIESEC Bulgaria (International Trainer and Facilitator). Between Jul-Aug.2005 I was involved in a short-term exchange program with AIESEC Budapest, Hungary.

- Monitoring all 9 police departments in Sofia - Interviewing detainees and police officers - Building thorough reports according to pre-defined criteria This was a part-time job and a pilot project which now runs all over the country.
