As the first PeopleOps person on the ground in DACH, I have been partnering with regional leaders in ramping up the team, tripling it in 5 months, leading to nearly 100 people today. While having my main focus on recruitment, during our ramp up phase I have also supported as go-to person for various PeopleOps / HR matters. In my time at UiPath I have also covered Nordics on interim basis. Currently I'm driving recruitment for DACH (Germany, Switzerland, Austria), Poland and Turkey.
