Process motor, commercial, military, air, water, freight forwarders, domestic and international parcel post cargo. Analyze and plan efficient movement of government material including classified, sensitive, hazardous, ordinance and electronic materials in accordance with DoD Policies. Prepare and process transportation documents required for the shipment of material and equipment to and from the Baltimore, MD Inventory Control Point (ICP). Track shipment data through Coast Guard legacy and ERP systems.

6 MONTH CONTRACT Support the implementation of the transition of small parcel shipments to the new 3PL carrier. Implement a fully compliant and standardized process for hazardous material shipments. Coordinate cross-functional objectives with Project Implementation Teams and involved internal parties to map out the “As Is” processes and develop the “To Be” processes. Manage end-to-end related sub-projects for TMS and WMS systems to enhance associated systems for the carrier conversion.

SHORT TERM CONTRACT Tactically managed cargo capacity inventories throughout the North American network. Liaised between warehouse and inventory management teams on issues regarding cargo build-up and over tenders. Collaborated cross functionally with interlines, trucking, and other transportation departments to maximize the network and facilitate the re-routing of freight for service recovery. Monitored station inventories and collaborated with Inventory Management to adjust future capacities accordingly.

Coordinated with Import Ocean Freight operations for assigned client. Monitor & ensure proactive communication & timely responses to customers. Employ SAP and legacy systems to accurately invoice, dispatch freight to transporters and track profit margins to improve shipment efficiency and EBITDA.

Manage logistical issues involving unit deliveries and services/repairs. Ensure timely and thorough communication between sales, customer service and operations teams. Perform fleet inspections, unit condition reports and fleet reconciliations. • Increased fleet utilization by 9% from FY 2016. • Increased service related revenue by 6.4% - raised EBITDA by 9% from FY16.

Executed mission-critical logistics, supply chain and distribution projects in compliance with U.S. and host country customs regulations. Expedited mission critical supplies and determined shipment methods for all government cargo. Trained and supervised subordinate team members on hazardous materials certification, military air clearance, host country customs procedures and outbound cargo movements.

• Assigned to multiple logistics assignments in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area. Duties involved shipping, inventorying, receiving of goods and customer service resolutions.
