I am currently working as SQA Director, leading professionals from different geographical areas in the world, and coordinating external QA/QC teams.

I was hired indirectly by IBM Global Services in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Just six months after that, I was hired directly by the company and started working with a client as an outsourcing resource. My first responsibilities were SQA Analyst, fulfilling this role I was part of the SQA team which achieve the proyect certification CMMI level 3. I was trained internally by IBM, some of the courses that I took were: · Team Lidership (I, II & III) · CMMI (Introduction to & Intermediate Concepts). · SDLC Concep

C/C++ Senior Developer/Designer designing and developing software mainly for internal purposes (Access control, Identity checks of members, Billing and calculating quotas, etc).
